Bill Goss, President of Quality Systems Consulting Group, is a senior quality and environmental management professional. Bill holds a Master of Science degree in Information Syhstems and  has worked several years as a mechanical engineer in the US and Europe. He has worked in the quality assurance, quality control, conformance assurance and environmental management fields since 1991. Along with 5 years experience in Europe and several engagements in Canada, Puerto Rico and Mexico, and many years of experience in the US, Bill has benefitted by a broad view of quality and environmental management in manufacturing and service industries as well as in municipalities and schools. As of 2007 Bill has been involved with Quality and Environmental Management Systems in over 50 companies in various industries such as medical devices, molecular biologics, communications, microwave, machining, lamp manufacturing, services, distribution centers and more.


Bill is a member on the observer groups working on the ISO 19770-2 and ISO 19770-3 International Standards for Software Asset Management (Software Tags and Software Entitlement respectively). The first draft of ISO 19770-2 was released on January 25, 2008 for distribution worldwide for review and comments.

Bill assists companies of all sizes with Software Asset Management for compliance with ISO 19770-1, the International Standard for Software Asset Management Systems.

Bill has had his articles published in national magazines such as ITAK and edoc magazines and continues his writing today.
Bill and his staff are excellent resources for many International Standards as well as for system development in Lotus Notes, Microsoft SharePoint and other technologies for providing computing solutions for Quality Management Systems, Software Compliance Systems and Software Asset Management.
