President Bill Goss
is concerned with energy waste, production of greenhouse gases and landfill waste.
With a grass-root approach, Bill Goss is giving an energy efficient Compact Fluorescent
Lamp (CFL) to as many friends, neighbors and colleagues as possible (over 2,000 as of April 14, 2008). Bill hopes people
will find out for themselves just how nice these light bulbs are, how much money they save and how much better they are for
the environment compared to standard incandescent light bulbs.
Bill and associate Peter Croteau gave 100 free
energy-efficient light bulbs to visitors at their table at the February 13, 2008 "Green Business Expo"
at the Rupert Nock Middle School in Newburyport. Many thanks to OSRAM SYLVANIA for their donation of many of these light bulbs.
With first hand awareness of the benefits these Compact
Fluorescent Light Bulbs offer, Bill believes many of the recipients of his gift will replace the standard incandescent light
bulbs in and around their homes with the Compact Fluorescent Light Bulbs.
